How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–14 days).
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also track your shipment status directly on our Track Order page using your Order ID and billing email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard items in unworn condition with original tags attached. Please visit our Returns page to initiate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
