We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard items in unworn condition with original tags attached.
Please note that custom, bespoke designs, and earrings are non-refundable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

Return Guidelines:
Condition of Items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these requirements.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
