Return Policy
Everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aras Vogue. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all tags intact.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry.
- Custom-made or personalized garments.
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is broken).
- Items marked as “Final Sale”.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
